Mr. Sheffield began his career at Springco Metal Coating in 1991. In 1994, after moving up the ladder, he became Production Manager. Mr. Sheffield joined NSI in 1998 as General Manager. He held that position until the NSI expansion in 2000, where he added Weld Manager to his responsibilities. When NSI was reacquired, he became Vice President of Operations. Mr. Sheffield attended John Carroll University and Cleveland State University. He holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
